This pattern creates a lovely stitch that looks great on blankets and washcloths or dishcloths. It is not completely reversible but looks pretty good on the reverse side.
You don't need to know any loom knitting to learn to knit this pattern. Like most of my digital patterns this one includes not just text but also a link for an easy to follow step by step video tutorial. This is easy enough for a true beginner.
