You can call it a dispenser, an organizer, storage or holder, either way it's pretty and convenient. Big plus is that you can make it yourself in your preferred color and add your own personality to the project.
I'm very happy with the results of this design. It can look elegant or casual just by adding elements like charms or buttons. I used an acrylic yarn but given the option again, I would use cotton. I tend to be partial to the BoHo look. Maybe even add some tassels.
