The loom knit Sleeveless Cardigan Vest is easy to make. You can finish the project over the weekend. I love the eyelet stitch which works with any yarn thickness. I made with worsted weight yarn but you can use finger weight or even chunky.
The video will show you how to knit the larger, one size fits all version but the pattern also includes a small version.
