Button in a Square Stitch Pattern

It's always a great time to knit scarves and blankets and so it's time for stitch patterns that serve us well for those types of projects.
I feel like this one is perfect. It looks great on both sides, made with large gauge but works great on small gauge, single strand, easy knits and purls and is nicely textured.
