I wanted to design a spring cowl that worked in places like Florida where it's cold in the early morning, warm in the late morning and hot by noon. Then at about 6:00 pm you feel a little chill in the air. So, the Garter Stitch Necklace is it.
You can make all your straps the same size, adjust the number of straps or make them different length. I think it's super cool and I sure hope you like it.
This is a somewhat simple pattern that only appears complicated. But I believe that since it includes a video even a true beginner can easily handle the pattern. With so many uses it is definitely worth the try.

LOOM: Any Shape, Large Gauge Loom with at Least 20
YARN: Approximately 146 Yards of Worsted Weight.
TOOLS: Loom Hook, Crochet Hook Yarn Needle, Scissors,
SIZE: 7 inches wide x 13 inches on the shorts end and 24 inches on the longest
