Easter eggs are a cute, fun and quick project to do with the kids. The knitting part is not really for the true beginner but decorating the eggs is for everyone. Best of all you won't have a big mess. Also consider an Easter tree or wreath.
The how to video gives you step by step instructions. This project is another great use for all that scrap yarn. If you're like me you have tons of scrap yarn in all kinds of colors.
