Refund policy

Physical Items

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase and must be in the exact condition it was sent to you. Prior authorization is required so you must contact me. Once the item is inspected and proven to be in good condition, you will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase, less the shipping fee. You also have the option of a store credit.

Digital Downloads

Once a digital file is delivered it cannot be returned. Because of the nature of this purchase I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
