The first time I saw the Brioche I thought, Wow what a beautiful stitch. I knew I wanted to design a Brioche Paper Bag Hat for a baby because I was certain it would be super cute. I did and I love it. This little beanie works great for girls and boys.
Although a bit difficult for a beginner I've recorded a video tutorial to make the pattern doable for anyone wanting to try it. PLEASE be sure to watch the video completely before starting your project. I promise that it will make this awesome stitch so much easier to accomplish.
